Services we provide
- Supported Community Living — 24-hour and hourly support to help individuals live, learn, work, and take part in their community.
- Home Care Services — short- or long-term in-home assistance, including private-pay options.
- Attendant Care — consumer-directed support, where the member chooses who provides their care and what tasks are performed.
- Day Habilitation — scheduled activities that build life skills, independence, and social connection.
- Adult Day Care — daytime care, meals, activities, and transportation at our Multi-Generational Center.
